Are you ready for some excitement, competition and the chance to ski with friends? The Alpine Race Development Team is designed for young athletes who are interested in racing and improving their skills. Our coaches will help the athletes achieve their goals by developing strong skiing fundamentals and passion for the sport. Time on the hill will be balanced between free skiing, directed free skiing, drills and gate training. In addition to practices at Wild Mountain, there will be four competitions with other local ski areas. Participation at any of the competitions is optional, and transportation is not provided. Lift tickets must be purchased at other area competitions.
For skiers ages 6 - 18. Participants must be able to ride the chairlift independently. Participants must also be able to comfortably do all greens and blue trails.
Additional Friday Night Training.(2023 Dates TBD)
Friday night will utilize NASTAR with an Alpine Race Coach giving tips. Track your times and progress over season with results posted nightly.
