SNOW SPORTS DIRECTOR:
The Snow Sports Director at Wild Mountain is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence and short and long term success of all aspects of the snow sports school and summer activities operations, including meeting or exceeding our established business targets.
The Snow Sports Director is also responsible for strategic and future planning as it relates to winter lesson and coaching sales, and summer ticket sales administration. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to areas of coachig and hiring, capital expenses, financial planning and performance, business planning, and guest experience.
This team member needs to be an avid skier or snowboarder with the passion to share winter sports with our guests. This position will oversee up to 80 instructors and coaches throughout the winter season. Additionally, this person will help manager approximately 60 summer seasonal employees to operate our summer attractions.
This position is full-time, year-round and includes health benefits, paid time off and 401K opportunities.

WATER & DRY RIDE OPERATORS:
We are looking for team members to operate our waterslides, go-karts, freefall xp and alpine slides. Plus, some positions will also do work before or after their shifts on the grounds including trash pickup and grounds keeping. These are enjoyable positions in which the employee work in the sun and water to help our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. We have both full-time and part-time positions available from late-May to mid-October. No experience is necessary and positions are available for ages 14+.
FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM:
Our food and beverage team members work within the Snack Shack (our summertime food outlet) and the kitchen to prepare and deliver food for our guests. Employees in these positions can expect to prepare food, stock items upon delivery, cashier and some custodial duties. Additionally, our food and beverage team members will work catering events at both Wild Mountain and the paddleboats in Taylors Falls.
This position is for the most positive, outgoing and energetic team members. Responsibilities include selling tickets and retail products, assisting guests with questions or concerns, organizing chalet facilities and supporting administration with various office tasks. Team members will also perform designated opening and closing procedures such as stocking and clean-up. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

SKI LIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER:
The Lift Manager of Wild Mountain is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence and short and long-term success of all aspects of the winter chairlift and rope tow operations.
The Lift Operations Manager oversees a team to operate our uphill lift system to move skiers and snowboarders up the mountain. This person will recruit, schedule and coach the team of roughly 60 people on all aspects of the chairlifts and rope tows. This position does not need previous experience operating lifts at a ski area, as our team will educate them on everything they need to know to be successful. Additionally, this position is scheduled to have an Assistant Lift Operations Manager to support him/her. This is a full-time, seasonal positions from late September to early April. This position is a key member of our winter operations leadership team and is compensated accordingly.
SKI RACING MANAGER:
Wild Mountain has a long history of ski racing, and the business is seeking a Ski Racing Manager to look over this vital business unit.
The Ski Racing Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence of Wild Mountain’s ski race and competition programs. This position will oversee a small staff and coordinate with the Group Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of races and competitions including staff scheduling, lane assignments, timing operations, lane setting and equipment management.
The Ski Racing Manager will also help support several small freestyle competitions and the annual pond skimming event.
This positions is a full-time, seasonal position paid hourly from October to mid-March.
EQUIPMENT RENTALS MANAGER:
The Equipment Rentals Manager of Wild Mountain is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence and short and long-term success of all aspects of the ski and snowboard rentals operation.
The Equipment Rentals Manager oversees a team to operate our ski and snowboard equipment department. This person will recruit, schedule and coach the team of roughly 15 people on all aspects of the equipment rental department. This position does not need previous experience in equipment rentals at a ski area, as our team will educate them on everything they need to know to be successful. This is a full-time, seasonal positions from October to early April.
SNOW TUBING MANAGER:
The Snow Tubing Manager of Wild Mountain is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence and short and long-term success of all aspects of the snow tubing operation.
The Snow Tubing Manager oversees a team to operate our Wild Chutes Snow Tubing department. This person will recruit, schedule and coach the team of people on all aspects of the snow tubing experience. This position does not need previous snow tubing at a ski area, as our team will educate them on everything they need to know to be successful. This is a full-time, seasonal positions from October to mid-March.
