Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of Wild Mountain will support the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering daily operating excellence in our culinary division. This person will work in both the front-of-house and back-of-house to support our numerous food and beverage outlets. This team member will have supervisory responsibility and will be called upon to step in to support team members during busy periods.
Additionally, this person will work to support Wild Mountain’s efforts to reduce energy consumption, divert items from the waste stream, support our community and find new ways to reduce our impact on the planet.
This candidate must be ready to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings and holidays with days off being scheduled midweek during the winter and summer months (flexibility in spring and fall). This is a full-time, year-round position with an hourly wage, health benefits, matching 401k, volunteer time off and paid time off.

Our chairlift operators manage our rope tows and chairlifts to take people to the top of the mountain. These team members have interactions with guests throughout their shift, and many of them become well-known faces of the ski area. Additionally, these team members get to be DJs on the mountain and play their own music to listen to during their shifts. We have full-time, part-time, holiday, weekend, daytime and evening shifts available.
Our snowmaking team operates our pumps and snow guns to make snow across our slopes. This team strategically arranges our equipment to make snow based on temperatures and wind direction. These team members work outside and drive snowmobiles, atvs, snow groomes or trucks across the mountain to access our terrain. We have both day and night shifts available.
Ticket Scanners (14+)
Our ticket scanners work at the bottom of our chairlifts. They greet guests and scan their ticket or season pass to ensure each guests prior to going up the mountain. This position is typically scheduled during the evenings, holidays and weekends.
Rental Techs (ages 14+)
Wild Mountain rental techs help equipe our guests with ski and snowboard gear. These team members help fit visitors with the appropriate size boots, skis and snowboards to have a great day on the slopes. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts available.
Ski Ticket Sales
The ski ticket sales team works within our point-of-sale system to sell tickets, season passes and retail items to our guests. These positions are available full-time, part-time,
Tubing Ticket Sales
Our tubing ticket sales team works at our snow tubing facility to check-in guests arriving at the location. These team members use our point-of-sale system to sell tickets and give access to guests who may have pre-purchased their tickets online. These positions are available for weekend, evening and holiday shifts.
Our tubing attendants work outside to manage snow tubing guests on the snow. The attendants help get guests into their tubes and send them down the track in a safe manner. These positions are available for weekends, evenings and holidays.
Our culinary division is seeking line cooks to work within our kitchens. These team members prepare and cook food within our food outlets. Preparation of food takes place on a flat top grill, fryer and prestation. This work environment is fast-paced with employees working together to service our guests.
Food & Beverage Team (ages 14+)
We are seeking team members to work within our Food and Beverage department to offer general support. These team members may handle an array of tasks from being a cashier, doing dishes or cleaning tables.
Ski Race League Administrator
Wild Mountain Competition Services is seeking an administrator for the newly formed Ski League. The administrator will manage the league to include daily races, results, and daily administrative paperwork. A successful candidate would have guest service experience, attention to detail, and ski race timing experience. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
Freestyle and Ski Race Coaches
Wild Mountain Snow Sports School is seeking coaches that want to share their passion and the development of youth athletes in the terrain park and racing gates. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be an active skier or snowboarder, and lead a group of youth to success. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
Ski and Snowboard Instructors (Ages 14+)
Do you know how to ski or snowboard and want to share that passion with others? Becoming an instructor is a great way to get outside and enjoy winter. Wild Mountain is seeking ski and snowboarders instructors. No experience necessary we will give you all the tips and tools to be successful. Small commitment with huge rewards. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
Competition Services Staff
Competition Services are seeking staff to deliver passion for skiing and snowboarding in competitive environment. A successful candidate will carry out a variety of duties from race setup, maintenance, and timing events. Staff must have enthusiasm for competition, attention to detail, and deliver great guest service. No experience necessary, with minimal commitment and all the benefits of Wild Mountain. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
