Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of Wild Mountain will support the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering daily operating excellence and short- and long-term success of all aspects of the food and beverage business; including hiring, scheduling, coaching, menu creation, preparing and cooking food.

Snow Sports Support Staff
Snow Sports School support staff have a great opportunity to deliver passion for skiing and snowboarding. The team member will provide assistance indoors and outdoors for a successful operation of Snow Sports lessons. Primary duties will include operation of the conveyor lift and setup and take down of Snow Sports yard. Support Staff must have enthusiasm for the sport and deliver great guest service.
Equipment Rentals Manager
The Equipment Rentals Manager of Wild Mountain is responsible and accountable for the daily operating excellence and short and long-term success of all aspects of the ski and snowboard rentals operation.
The Ski Equipment Rentals Manager oversees a team to operate our ski and snowboard equipment department. This person will recruit, schedule and coach the team of roughly 15 people on all aspects of the equipment rental department. This position does not need previous experience in equipment rentals at a ski area, as our team will educate them on everything they need to know to be successful. This is a full-time, seasonal position which ends in late March.
Our lift operators are the highest paid front-line seasonal positions. Plus, they are the true faces and personalities of our outdoor staff. Team members interact with guests and listen to their choice of music while operating our chairlifts and rope tows to take guests up the mountain. Along with an increased hourly wage from previous seasons, these employees are also eligible for a $1 per hour worked bonus at the end of the season! (that can add up!) We offer full-time, part-time and holiday schedules for this opportunity. Hourly wage, season-end bonus and season pass benefits are offered with these positions.
Wild Mountain is recruiting cashiers for our Food and Beverage department. These team members will work in the Eagle's Nest restaurant during the evenings (4pm and after). These team members also split tips in this position as well.
Winter Ticket Sales
Our winter ticket sales team helps our guests purchase tickets, season passes, equipment rentals and retail items. They work closely with guests in a fast-paced and fun environment. These positions are available for those who can work Monday to Friday (full-time or part-time opportunities available).
Rental Equipment Techs
Our Rental Equipment Techs work within our ski and snowboard rental department. They help our guests get the right ski and snowboard equipment to help them have a great day on the slopes. These team members issue boots, helmets, skis and snowboards to guests in an enjoyable and fast-paced atmoshphere. Full-time and part-time positions available. These positions offer an hourly wage and season pass benefits.
Food & Beverage Team
Our Food & Beverage department is seeking candidates to help us in all aspects of our operation. These positions will help prepare and cook food, cashier, bus tables and wash dishes. Full-time, part-time and holiday positions available. Hourly wage and season pass privileges included.
Tubing Ticket Sales
Snow Tubing Attendants
Our snow tubing attendants interact with guests and safely operate our snow tubing attraction. These employees are positioned at the top of the mountain and manage the pace of guests sliding down the tubing chutes. These team members interact with customers in a fun environment, and then push and spin the guests down the snow in their tubes. These positions work Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. This opportunity includes an hourly wage and season pass benefits.
